Cruise system instruction board
Introduction:
The testing platform based on the cruise system which gives us a real display of framework and work process of system. It has be function of setting and solving faults intelligently. Fit for junior senior vocational school, normal education school and training institution it is used for teaching and service of system. The Instruction board is easy and safe to operate with various functions.
Contain of structure:
Cruise control actuator 、cruise control unit、cruise control switch、throttle body、vehicle speed signal stimulate device、 stop light、stop light switch、park brake light、park brake light switch、cruise indicator lamp、date link connector、setting malfunction of intelligent、move platform and so on.
Function：
1. Original auto cruise system which gives us a real display of framework and work process of the cruise system
2. Operating on cruise switch and speed signal to set the cruise status, cruise control unit take control of motor to adjust degree of throttle,real display of framework and work process of the cruise system.
3. On the panel of the running stage there was painted the circuit diagram and the diagram is protected with methacrylate and inlayed with aluminum. The learner can compare the diagram and the real to know and analyze the working theory of the controlling system, know and analyze the working principles of cruise system
4. The testing platform is installed with testing Terminal, to test signals of sensor, actuator and engine controlling unit, e.g.: resistance, voltage, current ,frequency signals
5. Testing platform is installed with diagnose seat which can be connected with decoder in the auto for special or common use. The platform can search the code of ECU, read and clear our fault code, read data stream, test the component, set the parameter, analyze wave.
6. Instruction boards are jointed by steel material of high strength at the base with plastics painted on the surface. With truckle of lock, there is a table of 40cm at the base to store materials and light examining apparatus.

8. (Collocated) The platform was collocated with setting of intelligent faults, as the characteristics below:
A、It adopted the latest MCU technology, digital integrated circuits, with Color Liquid Crystal Display of 320*420 and it is easy to operate.
B、It can set the fault of cutting off the connection of any circuit, short circuit and other faults .
C、It can adjust the quantity and type of faults points according to the usage requirement of the equipment.
D、Installed with communication port, and can be connected to computer to ensure to finish setting up faults and parameter and eliminating faults by using this software.
E、Installed with network port and can be connected with other faults setting equipment to form a network. The main controlling machine will control the functions of faults setting, fault solving, parameter setting, remoter start, information feedback and assessment
F、 Easy to update the software anytime to the latest version.
