Auto network system Instruction board
Brief Introduction of product：
The testing platform is based on original CAN data transmission auto network system which gives us a real display of framework and work process of system. It has be function of setting and solving faults intelligently. Fit for junior senior vocational school, normal education school and training institution it is used for teaching and service of system. The Instruction board is easy and safe to operate with various functions.
Contain of structure:
Combination instrument、engine ECU、throttle position sensor、engine coolant temperature sensor、ignition coil、sparking plug 、crank shaft position and pulley signal、camshaft position sensor and pulley signal、A/C ECU 、multifunction switch、ABS ECU、 stop light switch 、DLC 、comfortable ECU、driver? door lock assembly and ECU、front passenger door lock assembly and ECU、 left and right door lock ECU and assembly、power window master switch、ignition key assembly and reading coil 、move plat form and so on.
Function：
1. Original Passat B5 CAN data transmission auto network system which gives us a real display of framework and work process of system
2. Operate switch of circuit component e.g. switch of gear, brake switch, throttle position sensor, engine speed sensor, water temperature sensor, anti-theft sensor, power window sensor and door lock sensor and so on ,real display of which gives us a full picture of working process of Passet B5 CAN data transmission auto network system.
3. On the panel of the running stage there was painted the circuit diagram and the diagram is protected with methacrylate and inlayed with aluminum. The learner can compare the diagram and the real to know and analyze the working theory of the controlling system, know and analyze the working principles of Auto network system
4. The testing platform is installed with testing Terminal, to test signals of sensor, actuator and engine controlling unit, e.g. resistance, voltage, current ,frequency signals
5. Testing platform is installed with diagnose seat which can be connected with decoder in the auto for special or common use. The platform can search the code of ECU, reading and clear our fault code, read data stream, test the component, set the parameter, analyze wave.
6. Instruction boards are jointed by steel material of high strength at the base with plastics painted on the surface. With truckle of lock, there is a table of 40cm at the base to store materials and light examining apparatus.

8. (collocated) The platform was collocated with setting of intelligent faults, as the characteristics below:
A、It adopted the latest MCU technology, digital integrated circuits, with Color Liquid Crystal Display of 320*420 and it is easy to operate.
B、It can set faults of cutting off the connection of any open circuit, line-to-ground short circuit and other faults in any point freely.
C、It can adjust setting of quantity and type of faults points according to usage requirement of the equipment.
D、Installed with communication port, and can be connected to computer to ensure to finish setting up faults and parameter and eliminating faults by using this software.
E、Installed with network port and can be connected with other faults setting equipment to form a network. The main controlling machine will control the functions of faults setting, fault solving, parameter setting, remoter start, information feedback and assessment.
F、it is easy and convenient to update the software anytime to the latest version.
